ReviewsPublished only with permission, tied to a real project, never invented

This page publishes client feedback only when the client has given permission and the review can be tied to a real project. There are no invented testimonials, no purchased ratings and no star average displayed while none are verified. The policy below explains exactly what gets published, what does not, and how to add a review if we have worked together.

Most freelance sites fill this page with short, glowing quotes and a five-star average. Some of those are real. Many are written by the developer. The difference is impossible for a visitor to detect, which is why the honest option is to publish nothing until there is something verifiable to publish.

For a buyer who wants to know whether the reviews on a developer site can be trusted, and what this one actually does.

Why this page has no reviews on it yet

Client feedback is being collected, but nothing is published until three conditions are met: the client has explicitly agreed, the quote is in their own words rather than tidied into marketing copy, and the review is linked to a project that can be inspected. Until then, an empty page is more honest than a full one.

The same rule applies to ratings. A star average shown without the reviews behind it is a claim with no evidence, and structured data that asserts a rating without visible reviews is exactly what search engines treat as spam. The site therefore shows no aggregate rating and emits no Review or AggregateRating markup while the underlying data is empty.

This is not a permanent state. As soon as real, permissioned reviews exist, they will appear here and on the service pages, with the date and the project they refer to. The structure is already built for it.

What gets published, and how

Permission first

A review is published only after the client agrees in writing. Permission can be withdrawn later, and the review is removed if it is.

Their exact words

The quote is published as written, including the parts that are not flattering. Editing a review into marketing copy makes it the developer\u2019s writing, not the client\u2019s.

A real project

Each review names the project it refers to, with a link where the work is public. A quote with no project attached cannot be verified.

A date

Reviews carry the date they were given, so a visitor can judge how current the experience is.

Ratings only if given

A star rating is shown only if the client actually provided one. A compliment is not converted into five stars.

Business or person

The client decides whether their name or only their business is shown. Contact details are never published.

What is never published

Reviews written by the developer and attributed to a client.

Purchased reviews, review exchanges or incentivised ratings.

A star average calculated from unrated compliments.

Screenshots of messages without the sender\u2019s permission.

Client names or logos without consent.

Review markup in the page source that is not backed by visible reviews.

Claims about results that the client has not confirmed.

If we have worked together

Send an email to [email protected] with what the project was, what worked, and what did not. Say whether you want your name, business name or neither shown, and whether you want to give a rating. Nothing is published until you confirm the exact text.

How work is quoted, for context

A review is only useful if the project behind it is understood. These are the terms every project runs on.

Written scope first

Every project starts with a scope, timeline, milestones and price in writing. That document is what a review would be judging.

Direct communication

One developer, reachable directly. No account manager and no support queue between the client and the person doing the work.

Ownership in the client\u2019s name

Domain, hosting, source code and analytics belong to the client. A review is not the only exit route if the relationship ends.

Support after launch

A defined support window follows go-live, with ongoing maintenance priced separately and never bundled silently.

Typical timeline

Landing page or one-page site
About 1 week
Business website, 5 to 10 pages
2 to 3 weeks
E-commerce store with payments
4 to 8 weeks
Custom web application or dashboard
6 to 12 weeks
Cross-platform mobile app

Every quote is written for the project in front of me. You get the scope, the milestones, the timeline and the full price before work starts - no hourly surprises and no hidden line items. Send your requirements and the quote comes back free, with no obligation to proceed.

Frequently asked questions

Because none have been collected with the three things this page requires: explicit permission, the client\u2019s own words, and a link to a real project. Publishing invented or paraphrased quotes would make the page worthless as evidence.

No aggregate rating is displayed on this site while there are no verified reviews behind it. If a Google Business Profile collects reviews in future, they will be linked and shown honestly rather than copied into a star badge with no source.

With that client\u2019s permission, yes. Their contact details are never shared without consent, so the request is passed on rather than answered directly. This is normal for freelance work and worth asking any developer.

By asking clients directly after a project is delivered and stable, and by keeping the request specific: what was built, what worked, what did not. A short, specific review is more useful than a generic five-star line.

Yes. Email [email protected] with the project, your honest experience, how you want to be identified and whether you want to give a rating. You will see the exact text before it is published, and you can withdraw permission later.

Yes. When real reviews with ratings are present, Review and AggregateRating markup is enabled from the same data that renders visibly on the page. While that data is empty, no such markup is emitted. The two always match.
