A defined scope, a milestone plan and one total. Best for a website, a store or a first version of an application where the requirements can be written down.
Thinakaran Manokaran builds websites, web applications, mobile apps and e-commerce stores from Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu, and trains developers in the MERN stack. One person scopes, designs, builds and launches each project, with hosting, analytics and search setup included in the work rather than sold as extras.
Most projects here start with the same question: what does the business need a customer to be able to do? Everything else - the stack, the page count, the design - follows from that answer. The pages below describe each service in enough detail to decide whether it fits.
For a business, institution or founder who wants one accountable developer instead of a chain of subcontractors.
Each of these has its own page with the detail that matters: what it includes, what it costs in terms of scope, and who it is for.
Five to fifteen page sites for local businesses, with a clear enquiry path and search setup done properly.
Dashboards, portals, booking systems and internal tools built on MongoDB, Express, React and Node.
Cross-platform iOS and Android apps with React Native, including the backend and store submission.
Layout, typography, responsive behaviour and the enquiry path - designed on a phone first.
Product catalogues that turn into WhatsApp or UPI orders, sized for a real counter rather than a warehouse.
Specialities, doctor profiles, timings, directions and appointment requests that reach the front desk.
Admissions, notices, departments and downloads, built so office staff can update them without a developer.
Structured training from JavaScript fundamentals to a deployed full-stack application.
Three models, chosen by the shape of the work rather than by preference.
A defined scope, a milestone plan and one total. Best for a website, a store or a first version of an application where the requirements can be written down.
For ongoing changes, audits, debugging or work where the next step genuinely cannot be predicted. Time is logged and shared.
A set number of hours or a defined support scope each month. Useful after launch, or for a product that changes continuously.
That is normal. Describe the outcome you need and the model is suggested in the reply, with the reason.
No guaranteed Google rankings or map positions. Search work here is technical setup, content structure and honest local optimisation. Anyone promising a position is either guessing or planning to break a guideline to get there.
No full brand identity work. A logo can be designed as part of a website, but naming, positioning and a complete visual system are specialist work. If that is what you need, a brand designer should come first.
No video production, photography or print design. Those are brought in as separate specialists when a project needs them, and the cost is stated rather than absorbed and marked up.
No large team. One developer means direct access and no handover loss, but it also means a genuine capacity limit. If a project needs parallel workstreams and a fixed public deadline, an agency is the right answer and that will be said at the start.
A short call or WhatsApp exchange about what the business does, who the site is for and what a successful month looks like. No charge, and no obligation to continue.
You get a fixed scope, a milestone plan, a timeline and the full price in writing before any work starts. Anything outside the scope is quoted separately, in advance.
Layouts first, then the build. You see a working preview on a real URL and review it on your own phone, so decisions are made on the actual site rather than on a picture.
The site goes live on your own hosting and domain, with analytics and search indexing configured. You receive the source code, the account access and a walkthrough.
A support window covers fixes after go-live. Ongoing maintenance, content changes and further features are optional and priced separately, never bundled silently.
There is no price list because a price list has to assume a scope. These are the decisions that produce the number, and they are agreed before work starts.
The page and feature list is agreed first. A site built from four layouts costs less than five bespoke layouts, and a defined scope always costs less than a vague one.
Copy, photographs and product data supplied ready shorten the build. Creating them is real work and is quoted separately so you can see the difference.
Payments, WhatsApp, SMS, email, maps, shipping and accounting tools each add code that must be tested, including the failure cases.
A Tamil version is a second set of content, not a toggle. Support after launch is a defined window, with ongoing maintenance priced separately.
Every quote is written for the project in front of me. You get the scope, the milestones, the timeline and the full price before work starts - no hourly surprises and no hidden line items. Send your requirements and the quote comes back free, with no obligation to proceed.
Business websites, web applications, mobile apps, e-commerce stores, UI and UX design, technical SEO setup and MERN stack training. Each has a dedicated page linked above with the detail on scope, process and cost drivers.
Yes, and they are different kinds of work. A website is mostly structure, content and design. A web application is software: data models, authentication, roles, workflows and testing. The quote reflects which one you are actually asking for.
Yes. Design, build, hosting setup, analytics, search indexing and handover are all part of a standard project. You review a working preview on a real URL rather than a flat image, and you receive the source code and account access at the end.
Technical setup is included in every build: clean URLs, metadata, structured data, sitemap, indexing and Core Web Vitals. Ongoing content and link work is a different engagement. No ranking or position is guaranteed, because that cannot honestly be guaranteed.
Yes. Cross-platform apps are built with React Native from a single codebase, usually with a backend and an admin panel. Store submission and the accounts are handled with you, in your name.
Yes. MERN stack training runs from JavaScript fundamentals to a deployed full-stack application, for individuals, small groups and college batches. There is also a freelancing track for developers who want to move from job work to client work.
